Ardency Partners LLC is seeking the following types of properties:
Geography: south of 23rd Street, Manhattan
Size: Up to 20,000 (buildable) SF
Type: Any building class – residential (with or without rent regulated tenants), commercial, manufacturing, etc.

Flexibility

We are willing to work with the owner if he/she wishes to keep a stake in the development.
